“I AM” is the most powerful statement you can make to the Universe. Anything that follows “I am” will come looking for you. “Words are powerful,” is the catchphrase for Liz Hernandez’s company Wordaful, and I could not agree more! My first lesson came in second grade when Mrs. Vena had us literally bury our “I can’t” in the dirt. She was teaching us to remove the phrase from our vocabulary, therefore releasing limiting beliefs. Fast forward to my senior year in high school and I found myself in my Spirituality class at a Catholic high school. It was in this class that I learned about mindfulness practices that would forever be instilled in me. In this class I learned about meditation, chakra healing, auras, and most importantly , the teachings of Dr. Masaru Emoto.
Dr. Emoto is the author of The Hidden Messages in Water. Dr. Emoto’s teachings are based on the belief that positive speech and thoughts could change the energy, vibration and molecular structure of water. On the contrary, negative speech could also effect the outcome. It was in my Spirituality class in 2006 that I got to experiment and see firsthand how powerful words can be. The class was instructed to take 2 jars of rice, one jar was a “good” jar and the other was labeled as the “bad” jar. For 30 days, we spoke nice words to the “good” jar and negative words to the “bad” jar. After the 30 days were up we concluded that although both rice jars created mold, the “good” jar has significantly less mold than the “bad” jar. The human body is 70% water and the lesson was, if that could happen to rice, what happens to us when we speak to ourselves in a positive or negative manner?
As the years passed, I lost touch with myself and became very disconnected from the things that brought me joy. If you have been following along on my journey, through this blog, you already know that I suffered a life altering loss in 2017 that catapulted my healing journey and ultimately my road back home. As I began to look for ways to heal my sorrow and pain, my mentor Angelica, recommended that I read Louise Hay’s You Can Heal Your Life. Louise Hay opens her book with, “What we think about ourselves becomes the truth for us.” This book taught me how to use affirmations as a daily practice and is a staple in my life.
Now let’s get to manifesting miracles and My Crystal Clear Intention. A part of my spiritual maintenance is attending sound bath healing sessions held by the talented Ana Netanel. I would regularly take my crystals and charge them with the sounds of the bowls, but this time I decided that I wanted to take my crystal infused water bottle. It was on 11/11/2020, I remember taking a beautiful sound journey and the takeaway for me really was “Manifesting Miracles” (I can replay it in my head in Ana’s voice). It was on my drive home that I decided to create My Crystal Clear Intention and share it with my community.
I am so blessed to have been given this opportunity to connect, heal, and raise the vibration in community. Thank you for allowing me to share my passion project, My Crystal Clear Intention with you.
With Love & Gratitude,
Daisy A.
